Deposit

A 25% deposit is required to hold a date and payment is to be made by bank transfer once we send you an invoice and contract. A installment payment scheme is possible for the rest of the amount via negioation

Arrangements

A rider of all the information will be created and sent to you to make sure you agree with the planning


Completion

Once you have made any adjusments or ticked the check list, we complete the rider and confirm all arrangements and email a week before the event

Day event 

You or a person in charge will recieve a message from us to confirm we are on our way to keep you relaxed and informed
